   1. To note an update report from the Clerk on Council projects and correspondence

 

7. FINANCE
   1. To consider adopting the draft financial statement from July 2023 & August 2023
   2. To note the closing balance for July 2023 & August 2023
   3. To discuss and approve the outstanding Dadlington Village Hall invoices.
   4. To discuss the continuation of the Finance Committee
   5. To review the updated financial forecast for 2023/2024
   6. To discuss the precept and 2024/2025 Budget

 

8. DNP
   1. To inform the council of the DNP progress and next steps
   2. To consider and discuss the clerk's role within the DNP
   3. To consider and discuss applying for a Groundwork grant for the DNP

 

9. COUNCIL MATTERS
   1. To discuss holding the 2024 Annual Parish Meeting at Dadlington Village Hall.  
   2. To discuss and review any additional bench application on the Green.
   3. To review the 2020 tree survey and discuss any actions needed.
   4. To discuss and vote to get quotes for pest control re moles on Dadlington Green
   5. To discuss the purchase of more no-parking signs on Dadlington Green.
   6. To discuss the impact and running cost of the parish VAS signs
   7. To discuss and vote on delegating powers to the Clerk regarding planning applications.
   8. To discuss and vote on the additional maintenance to the Rosebank
