All Members of Sutton Cheney Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting to be held on Thursday 14th July starting at 7:30pm at Sutton Cheney Village Hall, Main Street, Sutton Cheney for the purpose of transacting the business shown below.

    1. To consider which items should be included in the application to the LCC’s Members Grant for Highway Improvements across the Parish for 2022-2023

    1. To consider adopting the revised Terms of Reference for the Finance Committee
    2. To consider adopting the draft financial statement for June 2022
    3. To note payments requiring Council authorisation of £580.27
    4. To note the closing bank balance for June 2022 of £3815.26
    5. To note the recent claim of VAT rebate to HMRC totalling £3366.94
    6. To consider approving the summary receipts and payments account sheet at end of Q1
