    1. To consider the adoption of the HR Committee minutes from the HR Committee meeting held on 15th July 2021

 

  1. APPRAISAL PROCESS
    1. To note the appraisal review form for 2021 - 2022
    2. To consider the dates for the appraisal action plan 2022 – 2023
    3. To approve any changes to the appraisal scheme

 

  1. ANNUAL LEAVE
    1. To consider adopting the draft leave policy and associated procedures

 

  1. PROPOSAL OF CLOSED SESSION
    1. In accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 section 1 paragraph 2, to consider excluding the public and press for the following items for the reason that matters appertain to staff employment and are of a confidential nature:

 

      1. To consider the updated contract of employment for the Parish Clerk
      2. To consider any changes to the job description for the Parish Clerk
      3. To consider a request from the Clerk to join the Local Government Pension scheme
      4. To discuss any human resources related issues pertinent to the Clerk’s work
