   1. To consider adopting the draft financial statement from May & June 2023
   2. To note the closing balance for May & June 2023
   3. To vote on an additional councillor to join the Finance Committee
   4. To discuss and consider a revised financial forecast for 2023/2024
   5. To discuss and recommend delegated powers from April 2023 Finance Committee Meeting
   6. To discuss the on-going banking process and vote to move to Unity bank
   7. To discuss and approve the outstanding Dadlington Village Hall invoices.

 

8. COUNCIL MATTERS
   1. For the council to consider nominations for the 1485 trail committee.
   2. To receive nominations for the Dadlington Neighbourhood Plan Committee
   3. To discuss and vote on a request for a memorial bench on Dadlington Green.
   4. To discuss and vote on taking on financial responsibility for the dog waste bins currently owned and managed by the Canal and River Trust.
   5. To discuss the suggestion of the Parish Council taking over the Sutton Cheney Christmas Tree and Christmas Party.
   6. To discuss the attendance of councillors at non-council events.
