All Members of the Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting to be held on Thursday 8th July 2020 starting at 7:30pm at Dadlington Village Hall, The Green, Dadlington for the purpose of transacting the business shown below.

  2. COMMUNITY GRANT APPLICATION
    1. To consider the request to rescind the application for churchyard maintenance for £500 at Shenton Church
  3. QUOTATIONS
    1. To consider the quotes for the WW2 Soldiers commemorative project
  1. To consider quotes to purchase replacement batteries for the two vehicle speed indicator devices in Dadlington and Sutton Cheney
  2. To consider Cllr Jarvis attend LRALC Finance training on 22nd July at a cost of £40
  1. COMMUNITY DEFIBRILLATORS  
    1. To note the distribution of Community Heartbeat marketing leaflets to communities of Sutton Cheney and Shenton.
    2. To consider organising an online training session for the use of the new defibrillators at a cost of £100 via Community Heartbeat Trust
  2. ROYAL ARMS DEVELOPMENT
    1. To note an update on the Royal Arms Development
    2. To consider allowing Cllr Copson and Cllr Pritchard to formally represent the Council regarding the Royal Arms development

    1. To note the retrospective decision between the Chair and Clerk to accept Came and Company insurance quote of £761.12 to insure all assets on the asset register 2021-2022
