All Members of the Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting to be held on Thursday 11th February starting at 7:30pm for the purpose of transacting the business shown below.

Please note that this meeting will be held online and will be available to view publicly at www.zoom.us using Meeting ID 339 688 5814. No passcode will be required to enter the meeting.

a. To discuss installing signs on Dadlington Village Green asking to keep dogs on leads
b. To consider asking the handyman to re-install the sign asking to keep horses and cars of the verge at Dadlington Village Green

9. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT SCHEME
a. To note the request for applications for HBBC’s environmental improvement grant for 2021/2022
b. To resolve whether Sutton Cheney Parish Council requests to join the new Parish Nature Network group

10. TRAINING
a. To consider whether the Clerk can attend the Right of Way training on 14th June at the cost of £25
b. To consider authorising further delegation to the HR Committee to authorise training for staff

11. SHENTON AQUADUCT
a. To discuss repair work to access steps on Shenton Aquaduct

12. SUTTON CHENEY VILLAGE GREEN PROPOSAL
a. To note progress to date on the Sutton Cheney Village Green proposal

13. TREES ON DADLINGTON VILLAGE GREEN
a. To consider adopting the draft tree management policy
b. To consider applying for tree preservation status for the trees on Dadlington Village Green

14. FINANCE
a. To consider approving the financial statement for January 2021
b. To consider approving the payments totalling £XXX
