a. To note an update on the project to renovate the war memorial in Shenton

8. PARISH COUNCIL MEETINGS
a. To consider any amendments to agreed venues for Parish Council meetings until May 2020
b. To consider any amendments to Parish Council meeting dates in line with the resolution of agenda item 8(a)

9. HANDYMAN CONTRACT
a. To consider adopting the draft handyman contract based on the tender as advertised

10. FINANCE
a. To consider approving the financial statement for October 2019
b. To consider approving budget virement of £450 for renovation of Shenton War Memorial
c. To consider approving and signing cheques totalling £1771.05
d. To consider purchasing a mobile phone contract for the Clerk to use for Parish Council business

11. DADLINGTON NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN
a. To consider signing the Service Level Agreement with Hinckley and Bosworth Borough
Council for the ongoing work on the Dadlington Neighbourhood Plan

12. PROPOSED SPEED LIMIT CONSULTATION IN SHENTON
a. To discuss LCC’s proposal to initiate a public consultation regarding implementing a 30mph
speed limit on all roads in Shenton

13. PLANNING

Conversion of garage into a residential annex with external alterations to building
b. To consider any planning applications received since issuing of the agenda
