All Parish Council DNP Committee members are hereby summoned to attend the DNP Committee Meeting to be held on Monday 22^nd January 2024 starting at 7:30pm at Dadlington Village Hall, The Green, Dadlington, for the purpose of transacting the business shown below.

1. APOLOGIES
   1. To receive apologies for absence and to consider whether to approve the reasons given

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST PECUNIARY AND NON-PECUNIARY
   1. To receive declarations of interest on agenda items

3. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
   1. To receive questions and comments from the public on items on the agenda

4. PREVIOUS MINUTES
   1. To consider the adoption of minutes from the DNP Committee Meeting held on 11^th December 2023

5. REVISED BUDGET
   1. For the committee to discuss a revised budget for the DNP

6. 2024 TIMELINE
   1. For the committee to discuss a timetable of events to complete the DNP.

7. COMMUNICATION FOR CONSULTATION PERIOD
   1. For the committee to discuss how to proceed in communicating the plan to the village during the consultation period.
   2. For the committee to discuss the option of a village hall open day during the consultation period.
   3. To discuss how to communicate the plan to villagers limiting the printing costs.

   Members of the Public are welcome to attend the meeting, to ask questions and to comment on items within this agenda with the consent of the Chairman. In accordance with The Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014, photographs, audio and video recordings of the meeting and of those attending may be taken at the meeting by the press and others. You are invited to contact the Clerk of the Council if you have any questions or matters of concern that you would like the Council to address, allowing 5 clear days of the meeting date.
