    1. To consider adopting the draft User Agreement for any formal event held on Dadlington Village Green
    2. To consider the request by Dadlington Village Hall Committee to host a Platinum Jubilee Event on Dadlington Village Green on Sunday 5^th June
    3. To consider requesting grounds maintenance staff to cut the grass on Dadlington Village Green between Wednesday 25th and Tuesday 31st May in preparation for the event
